Week 7 in check-in with @chloegoodchild_x and she is honestly smashing it👏🏻

We are focusing on improving her overall strength and mindset. Chloe is training 4 times a week, all resistance training based and is going for daily walks and a few runs

Today’s check in- I honestly cannot explain how proud I am of Gab🥺💕

18lbs down, 8cm off her waist and 6cm off her hips all from doing 4 workouts and using a pair of dumbbells👏🏻

7cm off her waist, no crazy low calories or over exercising, she is doing 4 workouts a week just using a kettlebell.

I am so so proud!!! Weight drop and measurement drops? No idea. For Maises progress tracking we simply use photos and base progress on how she is feeling.

Today marks the end of Emilys 8 week cut and wow I could not be prouder

Emily has lost 10lbs, 5cm off her waist and 9cm off her hips 

So what's next for Em?

As she has been in a big deficit for the past 8 weeks I will be slowly increasing her calo

We are doing a 10 week cut as Emily wanted to lose some fat and commit to a cut. I really wanted to focus on making sure Emily maintained
