The Gold package
When you enquire I will send you more information about this package.
This is the most popular package. With weekly check-ins, nutritional advice and guidance as well as access to a wide range of resources and part of a community of like minded people, you are receiving a high level of support to help you reach your goals.
What is included?
Your own training plan with workouts updated every 4 weeks
Each workout has video demonstrations.
Weekly check ins. Each week you will upload your photos, measurements and complete a check-in form. You will then receive a response via voice note on your check in day.
You will be provided with a calorie range and protein recommendation based on your goals.
You will have access to my app where you will upload your progress photos, measurements and body stats to track your progress. You can also sync Myfitnesspal and your Fitbit/apple watch( if you have one)
Access to a private instagram with form videos, live workouts and mindset videos.
Access to a private facebook community page and Whatsapp group with other clients.
Access to a range of different e-books to help educate you.
The Silver package

If you don’t feel like you need too much accountability but also want to know you have some guidance along the way then this is the option for you.
What is included?

Training plan only
£30 for every 4 weeks. No minimum term.
If you are just looking for a training plan to follow, maybe you are struggling to know what to do when you get to the gym? or you feel like you have it nailed with your nutrition and discipline to workout but you want to learn more about what to include in a training plan then this is the option for you.
This option is £30 for a 4 week plan. If you decide you want another 4 week plan that will progressively overload and push you even further, you simply email me two weeks before your 4 week plan finishes and I will then write your next plan ready to start straight after.
What is included?
You will be emailed a short consultation form asking you a range of questions about your goals, training experience, time available and equipment that you have access to.
You will then receive a 4 week training plan designed to help you reach your goals. The workouts change every 4 weeks that you purchase.

You will have access to my app and even though you won’t have weekly check-ins you can still upload your photos, measurements and body stats to keep yourself accountable and track your progress.
